About Dr. Reffner
He began as a caseworker in a community mental health program, and has since worked in community mental health programs and outpatient VA mental health clinics.
He uses cognitive behavioral therapy as the umbrella for the range of approaches he draws on, and works with patients from a stance of unconditional positive regard.
