About Jayné
Her work has included individual therapy for post-traumatic stress, complex trauma, and personality disorders, and couples therapy that looks at how each partner’s attachment style shapes the way they communicate and argue. She has also worked with high-achieving professionals facing burnout.
She draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, internal family systems, and emotionally focused therapy, and describes her sessions as warm and collaborative, with a reasonable amount of challenge. She has practiced for more than a decade, in a psychiatric hospital, a school, a community services board, and private and telehealth practice.
